The location was excellent and unbeatable for weekend in Blackpool. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and complete with local attractions and fruit and meal hot. The stuff was affable and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The whole experience was relaxing. I loved this small hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The location was peaceful close to train station and the staff here was pleasant. It was 1 km from Sam's Chippy, offering quick-service food.

As for me location is magnificent, just off Blackpool, the seafront and about 10/15 to the tower area of the seafront and a quiet area. The breakfast is served in the bar! The staff is affable and pleasant, and the host too. I will be back, thanks for a really great stay.
